Maintains store buildings and equipment, coordinates vendors and work orders, and leads safety, repair, and project work to keep assets functional and costs controlled.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical equipment.
- Prioritize and complete work orders safely; coordinate vendor work and hold vendors accountable for timely, quality service.
- Train and coach team members on safety and maintenance practices, and support special projects, remodels, and emergency situations.

Pay
$23.75 - $25.75 per hour (base salary); $23.75 - $40.40 per hour (base salary)
