Provides operational HR support at a Target distribution or receive center, executing HR processes and helping leaders and team members navigate staffing, onboarding, training, and day-to-day services.
What you'll do
- Execute HR processes, routines, and tools, including onboarding, workforce routines, training completion, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Provide guidance and operational support to leaders and team members on HR processes and organizational change.
- Support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs in partnership with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
