Leads accessibility work across digital product development, testing web and app experiences and helping teams deliver inclusive experiences for Target guests and team members.
What you'll do
- Apply internal accessibility procedures based on WCAG 2.2 across discovery, design, engineering, testing, and regression.
- Test digital experiences with assistive technologies and identify accessibility gaps before launch.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, use research and data, and influence improvements to accessibility.
