Senior Engineer – Apply For CircleCard

What you'll do

• Lead design, implementation, review, testing, and operational improvement of scalable services and distributed systems.
• Build and integrate production AI applications, agents, and workflows; apply evaluation, security, governance, and observability practices.
• Coach engineers and lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and resolution of complex technical issues.

What they ask for

• 4 years of degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying production AI applications, tools, or agentic systems using modern LLMs; experience with autonomous or multi-agent workflows and AI architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and expert-level Kotlin and Java; experience with Micronaut and/or Spring Boot and production distributed services.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows or skills, or working on Target Register platform.

$98,000.00 - $176,000.00 USD base salary
