Leads front-of-store service teams to improve guest experience, loyalty, service operations, and sales outcomes.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan daily and weekly workloads, review business and guest metrics, and act on opportunities to meet service and sales goals.
- Oversee guest issue resolution, pickup and Drive Up service, safety, security, and compliance processes.
