About the job
Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver guest experiences, support in-store and digital services, and meet service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics to improve service and meet store goals.
- Oversee guest issue resolution, pickup and drive-up services, safety, security, and compliance.
