Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver a positive guest experience, meet sales and service goals, and support safe, efficient in-store and digital services.
What you'll do
- Train, coach, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics to improve results.
- Support guest services, pickup and drive-up orders, safety, security, and store compliance.
