Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver guest experiences, meet service and sales goals, and support store operations.
What you'll do
- Train, coach, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital pickup and Drive Up services.
- Address guest concerns and help maintain safety, security, compliance, and store readiness.
