Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver a positive guest experience, meet service and sales goals, and support in-store and digital services.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics to improve outcomes.
- Oversee guest issue resolution, loyalty programs, pickup and drive-up services, safety, and store compliance.
