About the job
Leads front-of-store service teams to improve guest experience, support in-store and digital services, and deliver service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable for guest-service standards and safe, compliant operations.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital order fulfillment.
- Resolve guest concerns, develop team members, and support store leadership and security needs as assigned.
