Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver guest-focused service, manage daily workload and sales goals, and support in-store and digital shopping services.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan daily and weekly workload using sales goals, business reporting, guest insights, and performance metrics.
- Support guest issue resolution, loyalty programs, pickup and drive-up orders, safety, security, and store compliance.
