Service & Engagement Team Leader

What you'll do

• Coach and hold team members accountable for guest service, training, safety, and operational standards.
• Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital pickup and drive-up orders.
• Resolve guest concerns and support store security, compliance, emergency response, and occasional store-level leadership duties.

What they ask for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable, communicate effectively, and prioritize work independently and with a team.
• Flexible schedule, reliable attendance, and ability to perform physical duties including frequently moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous retail experience (preferred, but not required).

Pay

USD $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (starting pay); USD $22.00 - $37.40 per hour (full pay range)
