Leads front-of-store teams to deliver guest service, support sales and loyalty goals, and manage daily operations, safety, and team development.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest-service standards and consistent operations.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics to improve service and meet store goals.
- Oversee front-of-store services, including checklanes, guest services, pickup and drive up, while supporting safety, security, and compliance.
