Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver a strong guest experience, manage daily workloads, and meet service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital pickup and drive-up services.
- Address guest concerns and lead safety, compliance, and security practices.
