Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales and service goals, and support in-store and digital services.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics to improve results.
- Resolve guest concerns and oversee service operations, including pickup and drive-up orders, safety, and compliance.
