About the job
Leads Target’s front-of-store service team to deliver guest service, support loyalty and digital order experiences, and meet service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and consistent operations.
- Use guest, financial, and team metrics to plan workloads, improve performance, and support sales goals.
- Oversee front-of-store guest services, including checkout, pickup, drive up, issue resolution, safety, and compliance.
