Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver guest-focused experiences, support sales and loyalty, and maintain safe, efficient store operations.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for service standards and performance.
- Plan daily and weekly workloads, use guest and business metrics to improve results, and support loyalty programs and digital order fulfillment.
- Oversee guest issue resolution and promote safety, compliance, and security practices.
