About the job
Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver a strong guest experience, meet service and sales goals, and support store operations.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, coach, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational standards, and development.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital order services.
- Promote safety, compliance, and security, resolve guest concerns, and occasionally assume store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities.
