About the job
Leads Target’s front-of-store service team to deliver guest service, manage daily workload and sales goals, and support in-store and digital shopping services.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest experience and consistent operations.
- Plan daily and weekly workload using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital pickup and Drive Up services.
- Resolve guest concerns and lead safe, compliant, and secure store operations.
