About the job
Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver a strong guest experience, support store sales and loyalty, and manage daily service operations.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for service behaviors and operational standards.
- Plan daily and weekly workloads using sales, guest, and team metrics; address service issues and improve results.
- Oversee front-of-store services, including checklanes, guest services, pickup, and Drive Up, while supporting safety and compliance.
