About the job
Leads front-of-store service teams to deliver guest service, manage daily workloads, support digital orders and loyalty programs, and meet store safety and operational standards.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational practices.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to plan workloads and improve service and sales outcomes.
- Support guest issue resolution, loyalty programs, pickup and drive-up orders, safety, and store compliance.
