Leads front-of-store service teams and operations to improve guest experience, loyalty, service quality, and sales outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, coach, and hold Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants accountable for service standards and performance.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads, using sales, guest, and team metrics to address opportunities and meet goals.
- Resolve guest concerns and oversee front-of-store services, including checklanes, guest services, pickup, and drive up.
