About the job
Leads Target’s Service & Engagement team to deliver guest service, support in-store and digital shopping services, and meet sales and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Train, coach, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest experience and operational standards.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workload using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and digital pickup and drive-up orders.
- Resolve guest concerns and lead safety, compliance, security, and store emergency processes.
