Leads Target’s front-of-store service team to deliver a strong guest experience, meet service and sales goals, and support in-store and digital services.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan daily and weekly workload using sales, guest, and team metrics; take action to improve results and service.
- Support guest services, checklanes, pickup, and drive-up operations, including resolving guest concerns and maintaining safety and compliance.
