About the job
Leads Target’s front-of-store service team to deliver a strong guest experience, meet service and sales goals, and support in-store and digital services.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, recognize, and hold team members accountable for service standards and performance.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workload using sales, guest, and team metrics; support loyalty programs and improve service outcomes.
- Oversee guest issue resolution, pickup and drive-up services, safety, security, and store compliance.
