What you'll do
- Oversee freight flow, safety, inventory accuracy, quality, capacity, and facility operations while meeting operational and budget goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root-cause problem solving, and initiatives such as lean sigma, kaizen, and GEMBA walks.
- Lead staffing, employee relations, communication, training, performance management, and team-member development.
