Leads small-format store operations and hourly team members to deliver guest service, maintain merchandise availability and accuracy, and meet sales and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safe practices, and operational standards.
- Plan and execute department workload, merchandising, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment activities to support store priorities and sales goals.
- Assume assigned store-level leadership duties and respond to guest, safety, security, and compliance needs.
