What you'll do
- Plan and assign department workloads; oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment tasks.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safety, and operational standards.
- Assume store-level leadership duties during assigned shifts and address store emergencies and compliance needs.
