Leads small-format store operations and hourly team members to deliver guest service, sales results, accurate inventory and pricing, and safe, efficient execution.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign workload, merchandising, pricing, and fulfillment tasks to support store priorities and sales goals.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational standards, safety, and compliance.
- Monitor guest, financial, and team metrics; address gaps and regularly assume store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities.
