About the job
Leads small-format store operations and hourly team members to deliver guest service, maintain accurate and available merchandise, and meet sales and workload goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workloads; coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational execution.
- Oversee inventory, stocking, pricing, merchandising, fulfillment, and sales-floor accuracy in assigned departments.
- Support store-level leadership, safety, security, compliance, and guest services during assigned shifts.
