About the job
Leads small-format store operations and hourly team members to deliver guest service, maintain inventory and pricing accuracy, and meet sales and fulfillment goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign workload, coach team members, and monitor guest, financial, and team outcomes.
- Oversee stocking, inventory accuracy, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and pick, pack, and ship fulfillment as applicable.
- Support store-level leadership, safety, security, compliance, and guest services during assigned shifts.
