Leads small-format store operations and team members to deliver guest service, maintain product availability and pricing, and achieve sales and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign workload; oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and store operations.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safety, and performance.
- Assume store-level leadership on duty and support guest services, security, and emergency needs.
