Leads specialty sales teams and daily department operations to deliver strong guest experiences, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, and sales results.
- Plan and support merchandising, visual presentations, replenishment, and backroom processes across assigned departments.
- Promote safe, compliant store operations and support guest services and store leadership duties as needed.
