Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational standards, and performance.
- Plan and assign workload, and lead merchandising, sales-floor, and backroom execution to support sales and product availability.
- Support hiring, onboarding, safety, security, compliance, and store guest-service needs.
