What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational execution.
- Plan and support department workload, sales goals, merchandising sets, visual presentations, and backroom replenishment.
- Lead safety and compliance practices and support store services and occasional store-level leadership duties.
