Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service and sales performance.
- Plan and execute department workloads, merchandising updates, promotions, and backroom replenishment.
- Support store safety, compliance, security, hiring, and guest services; occasionally assume store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities.
