Leads specialty sales teams and daily department operations to deliver strong guest experiences, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute department workload, merchandising changes, promotions, replenishment, and sales-floor presentation.
- Monitor guest, financial, and team metrics; support safety, security, compliance, hiring, and store service needs.
