What you'll do
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, and performance.
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads, support sales goals, and execute merchandising and visual presentation changes.
- Oversee department replenishment, safety, security, compliance, and guest-service support as needed.
