Leads Specialty Sales teams and department operations to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandise presentation and availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for delivering guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute department workloads, sales priorities, merchandising sets, promotions, and replenishment.
- Support safety, security, compliance, hiring, onboarding, and store-level leadership as needed.
