About the job
Leads specialty sales teams and daily department operations to deliver guest service, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational execution.
- Plan and support workload, merchandising changes, visual presentations, replenishment, and sales-floor and backroom processes.
- Monitor guest, financial, and team metrics; address safety, security, compliance, and store needs.
