Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandise presentation and availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational execution.
- Plan and execute department workloads, sales plans, merchandising sets, promotions, replenishment, and visual presentations.
- Monitor guest, financial, and team metrics; support safety, security, compliance, and store-level leadership needs.
