Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for performance and guest service.
- Plan and execute department workload, sales priorities, merchandising sets, and replenishment.
- Support safe, compliant store operations, including hiring, guest services, and occasional store-level leadership duties.
