Leads apparel and merchandising sales teams, delivering guest service, sales results, visual merchandising, and day-to-day department operations.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest experience and operational standards.
- Plan and execute workload, merchandising sets, promotions, replenishment, and backroom processes to meet sales and guest experience goals.
- Support hiring, onboarding, safety, security, compliance, and store leadership needs.
