Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver guest service, achieve sales goals, and maintain merchandising and product availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, service, safety, and operational standards.
- Plan and assign department workloads; lead sales-floor merchandising, inventory replenishment, and visual presentation execution.
