- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safety, and performance.
- Plan and support department workload, sales priorities, inventory replenishment, and merchandise sets and visual presentations.
- Support hiring and onboarding, store security and compliance, and guest services as needed.
