Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver a strong guest experience, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandise presentation and availability.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, assign work to, and hold team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Plan and execute department workload, sales priorities, merchandise sets, promotions, and visual presentations.
- Support inventory, backroom, safety, security, compliance, and store leadership processes.
