Leads specialty sales teams and department operations to deliver guest service, meet sales goals, maintain merchandise presentation, and support store safety and compliance.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operational standards, and performance.
- Plan workloads and guide merchandising, replenishment, and sales-floor execution across assigned departments.
- Support hiring, store security, safety, compliance, and guest services, including occasional store-level leadership duties.
