Develops and improves Target’s Privacy and Responsible AI compliance programs, translating regulatory requirements into practical controls, guidance, and monitoring for business teams.
What you'll do
- Maintain program documentation, risk and control frameworks, and mappings from legal requirements to business processes and evidence.
- Lead regulatory change work and cross-functional projects, identifying impacts and gaps and coordinating remediation.
- Create business guidance, training, tools, dashboards, and leadership reporting to support compliance and track program performance.

Pay
