Leads design and development of Target-owned kids’ swim products, aligning concepts and product execution with merchant objectives, brand direction, and market trends.
What you'll do
- Researches and leads product design, forecasting trends and developing concepts, colors, fabrics, prints, trims, and graphics.
- Partners with merchants, technical designers, sourcing teams, and peers to align products with plans and resolve product issues; travels to markets and factories.
- Leads design and development processes, communicates with partners, and mentors designers.
