Sr Engineer - AI Platforms / Context Intelligence (API's, search, information retrieval, agentic workflows)

What you'll do

• Design retrieval, search, RAG, memory, ingestion, indexing, and context orchestration capabilities for AI applications and agents.
• Operate scalable, secure platform services and Kubernetes-based systems; improve retrieval observability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead technical reviews and partner with engineering, product, architecture, and data teams to deliver and promote reusable platform capabilities.

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on engineering and programming skills.
• Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and operating production-grade applications, platform services, or distributed systems.
• Experience with information retrieval, search architecture, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or related context and knowledge technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, observability, testing, debugging, and operational monitoring.

$98,000.00 - $176,000.00 (base salary)
